We will get you to the point that you are able to understand your body and take the decisions that will serve you both in the moment and in the long term - the team at All Voices is there to guide you on your journey.

Sensing the various signals that the body and mind send and then being able to respond in a way that this helpful are often goals that many clients strive towards. We take the time to listen and discuss the areas you are concerned about as well as the struggles and strengths you have in connecting to the body and then determine a plan to incrementally regain this body trust through confidence building practices.

These practices have often been called many things such as: Intuitive Eating, Mindful Eating or Gentle Nutrition. At their foundation is the belief that all foods fit into a person’s life and that by turning inward we can hear the cravings or hungers that the body or mind are in need of.

Non judgement, self compassion, practice and a supportive professional are paramount in this journey.
