Markay, She/They
Founder, CEO, and Executive Clinical Director
Lead Somatic and Cognitive Behavioral Registered Dietitian Nutritionist

Markay has spent the last 20+ years of her professional career focused on the body-mind connection. As a result, she has supported hundreds of clients through private counseling on topics related to struggles with: body, eating, weight, food, stress and anxiety. She is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/N) and a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT).

Markay graduated with concurrent B.S. in Nutritional Sciences and Food Science from Penn State and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University. She spent her early career working at Monte Nido, a leading national eating disorder treatment center. There she worked across several locations and the entire spectrum of levels of eating disorder care including: residential (RTC), partial hospitalization programming (PHP) and intensive outpatient (IOP). She takes a structured approach to assisting individuals and their families as we navigate their unique recovery journeys.

Currently, Markay partners with two non-profit organizations,
Project Heal and Eat Breathe Thrive both of which support the arduous eating disorder recovery journey either by financial assistance or targeted programming to clients.

Markay would like to thank all her mentors and is fortunate to have the continued professional collaboration from experts in the fields of nutrition for eating disorders and various therapeutic modalities for treating and preventing eating disorders as she is working to complete her Advanced Certificate as a Certified Eating Disorder Specialists (CEDS).

Markay is an active member of The International Association of Eating Disorder (iaedp), The International Federation of Eating Disorder Dietitians (iFEDD), The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND), The Behavioral Health Nutrition Dietetic Practice Group, The International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT) and The Yoga Alliance (YA).

Markay is now the Founder and Executive Director at All Voices and enjoys working with clients, their families and her broader professional team in an outpatient setting.

She has pioneered a novel pricing model to accomodate and support those on their healing journey. She provides radical candor via fee transparency as she works to ensure equitable and accessible care to all those in the process of healing. ASK HER ABOUT THIS!

She finds fulfillment in mentoring early career dietitians and dietetic interns and further supports them with with an established scholarship fund that is partially funded by her novel pricing model.

Shelby, She/Her
Associate Registered Dietitian Nutritionist

Shelby is a Registered Dietitian located in Los Angeles, California and uses telehealth to assist clients in all locations.

Shelby graduated from California State University Northridge; and completed her Dietetic Internship at the Veteran Affairs in West Long Angeles. Since then, Shelby has worked at a residential eating disorder treatment center; and this is where she found her calling in as a Registered Dietitian.

If you are looking to improve your ability to maintain a supportive and balanced relationship with food, then Shelby could be a great fit to support you! 

Shelby is passionate about creating sustainable habits when it comes to grocery shopping, meal prepping, eating food, and movement. Shelby has experience working in residential level of care for eating disorders and providing outpatient nutritional counseling for eating disorders/disordered eating.

Shelby aims to help clients with: intuitive eating (when appropriate); regaining body trust; connecting to hunger and fullness cues; weight restoration/and or maintenance; identifying and addressing food rules; and rejecting diet culture.

Shelby also enjoys working with clients needing general medical nutrition therapy, including: diabetes, gut health, and kidney disease.

Marlee, She/Her
Senior Associate Registered Dietitian Nutritionist

Marlee is a Registered Dietitian located in New York City. She sees clients both virtually and in person at the NYC office.

Marlee graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison; and completed her dietetic internship and Master’s in Clinical Nutrition at New York University. Marlee has worked at an eating disorder treatment center in NYC, and this is where she recognized her passion as a Registered Dietitian specializing in eating disorders. 

Marlee is incredibly passionate about working with others to help cultivate a sustainable and fulfilling relationship with food and their bodies. She has experience working in PHP and IOP level of care for eating disorders.

Marlee aims to help clients with intuitive eating, establishing body neutrality, weight restoration/maintenance, rejecting diet culture, and ultimately reconnecting with your inner child in an effort to heal.

Eva, She/Her
Senior Associate Registered Dietitian Nutritionist

Eva is a Registered Dietitian based in Brooklyn, New York. She sees clients both virtually and in person at the NYC office.

Eva completed her master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition & Dietetics, at New York University; and went on to complete her dietetic internship at the James J. Peters Veterans Affairs Hospital in the Bronx, NY. Eva specializes in empowering individuals to develop sustainable relationships with food, body, and mind. She focuses on integrating evidence-based practice with compassion and empathy to create a safe and supportive environment for her clients.

Eva’s goal is for clients to feel empowered to make choices that honor their well-being.

Eva utilizes Intuitive Eating, Body Respect, and mindfulness to help clients learn to tap into their internal cues of hunger, fullness, and satisfaction. She takes an individualized approach that honors each client’s personal preferences and goals.

Eva’s other areas of interest include nutritional management of gastrointestinal diseases and disorders and pre- and post-natal nutrition. In the future, she hopes to obtain her Intuitive Eating counselor credential.

Rebekah, She/Her
Senior Associate Registered Dietitian Nutritionist

Rebekah is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor located in Santa Cruz, California and uses telehealth to assist clients in all locations.

Rebekah obtained her bachelors from the University of California, Davis in Clinical Nutrition, completed her Dietetic Internship at the Veteran Affairs in West Los Angeles, and obtained her Registered Dietitian credential in 2021. Rebekah began her career as a program dietitian at an eating disorder treatment center, and this experience solidified her passion for working with this population. Rebekah recently obtained her master’s degree in Nutritional Science from Arizona State University in 2023 to further advance her knowledge of all things nutrition.

Rebekah is knowledgeable in providing nutrition therapy for eating disorders and disordered eating as well as vegan diets, digestive disorders, mental health, and diabetes. 

Rebekah uses a weight-inclusive and trauma-informed lens to help her clients heal their relationship with food, movement, and body. Rebekah believes that defining health should be holistic and include not only physical factors but also mental, emotional, spiritual, and relational well-being. 

Based on the client’s unique needs, values, and goals, Rebekah can support clients in exploring the eating disorder’s function and triggers, identifying and dismantling food beliefs, challenging fear foods, reconnecting with the body’s cues, exploring food preferences and health values, increasing autonomy with meal planning, reducing body checking behaviors, and exploring joyful movement. Rebekah ultimately hopes to help clients become intuitive eaters, find food freedom, and develop skills for recovery maintenance.

Sheli, She/Her
Associate Registered Dietitian Nutritionist

Sheli is a Registered Dietitian located in Virginia and uses telehealth to assist clients in all locations.

Sheli specializes in working with adults with eating disorders, those who have experienced chronic dieting and disordered eating behaviors. Her previous experience includes working at the PHP, IOP, and outpatient levels of care for eating disorders for both adults and adolescents.

Sheli is a weight-neutral RD and practices from a non-diet, all foods fit, intuitive eating, and Health at Every Size approach, which she believes is crucial when working to restore a client's relationship to food. 

Sheli takes a person centered approach, which means she sees clients as a whole and not as the disorder or issue they wish to overcome. She believes that in order to heal one must feel seen and understood.

She strives to meet clients with compassion exactly where they are at and provide them with tools and information they can learn to use themselves.

Her ultimate goal is to help guide client's towards freedom from food rules and diet culture and to heal their relationship with food and their body.

Sheli believes that full recovery from an eating disorder is possible and would be honored to support you on your journey.

Outside of work, Sheli enjoys spending time outside, reading in the park and playing with her dog. She also enjoys traveling and has visited over 30 countries, with new food experiences being central to her travel plans.

Elena, She/Her
Associate Registered Dietitian Nutritionist

Elena is a Registered Dietitian located in Queens, New York. She sees clients both virtually and in person at the NYC office.

Elena graduated from Penn State University; and completed her Dietetic Internship at Lehman College in the Bronx. Since then, Elena has been in private practice helping people along the eating disorder spectrum find peaceful relationships with food, body image and exercise.

Elena is passionate about helping people pursue health and fitness in a way that feels empowering, joyful and stress-free. 

She enjoys working with clients struggling with binge eating, constant food thoughts, Hypothalamic Amenorrhea and/or difficulties allowing themselves to rest from exercise/movement. Elena’s approach to care includes frameworks and tools such as Intuitive Eating, Health at Every Size, mindfulness and self-compassion. 

She works with client’s to create a care plan that center’s their individual goals and values in life.

Chloe, They/Them
Associate Registered Dietitian Nutritionist

Chloe is a Registered Dietitian located in California and uses telehealth to assist clients in all locations.

Chloe earned a Masters in Dietetics from Marywood University and completed their internship at Hackensack Meridian Health Hospital. They began their career as an inpatient dietitian, then transitioned to become a program dietitian at an eating disorder treatment center. Since then, Chloe has been working with a variety of patients, including those with eating disorders, in the outpatient department of a local major hospital.

Chloe specializes in providing nutrition therapy for eating disorders, disordered eating, diabetes, and the LGBTQIA+ community.  Chloe follows an all-inclusive anti-diet approach to nutrition and health at every size (HAES) with compassionate directness. 

As a non-binary person, Chloe has great empathy for the nuanced differences between challenging eating disorder related dysmorphia while also dealing with trans or non-binary related dysphoria.  They emphasize body neutrality working on acceptance before diving into the wonderful world of body positivity.

With a creative and mindful approach to food and cooking, Chloe inspires their clients to explore their relationship with food and their bodies. It is their hope that everyone they work with develops strong intuitive eating habits and fosters a deeper connection with themselves.
